Health is wealth, as everyone knows, but its true meaning came into existence when COVID hit the world. However, two and a half decades ago, health was always thought to be physical health. But no one talked about mental health. It was taboo to talk about Depression, Schizophrenia, and Parkinson’s disease. It was there earlier, but a very few cases were registered, and visiting a psychiatrist, NO WAY!
But nowadays with awareness, at least people visit doctors, take medicine, and adopt different techniques such as meditation, yoga, Reiki, etc. to treat themselves, at least they recognize they have a problem and try to come out of it.
Thanks to the media for that.
Going forward, today I have five book recommendations that will help you remain sane, grow, and be happy. But before you browse into the list Remember these book not only cover mental illness’ but other stuff as well.
