Steps to do Clean-up at Home

We all love healthy skin, and you can do your own face clean up at home as skincare is very important. And today I will tell you how to do it.

1: Cleansing: Apply purging milk uniformly everywhere all over and wipe it off immovably in an upward way with a cotton material to clear any outstanding buildup. This technique additionally unclogs the pores. I have an oily skin so I use Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Cleansing MilkBut you can use product as per your choice.

2: Scrubbing: Wet your face and apply the scour in roundabout movements. Apply weight on your skin, however, don’t be excessively brutal. Back rub your face with the scour for a couple of minutes. Wash your face and pat dry with a perfect towel. Due to oily skin I use Himalaya Herbals Gentle Exfoliating Walnut Scrub or sometimes Everyuth Naturals Exfoliating Walnut Scrub because they suit my skin perfectly.

3: Apply Face Pack: Face covers diminish and enhance your skin tone. Apply the glue to your face and keep it on until the point that it dries – which would take around 20-30 minutes. Wet some cotton balls and place them on your eyes for unwinding. At last, wash your face with chilly water and pat dry with a perfect and dry towel. I have always used Charcoal facemask or Himalaya’s Purifying Neem Facemask. It helps me for my oily skin but it also gives great affect on dry skin as well.

4: Toning: Catch up with a toner to adjust the pH level of your skin. Spot it all over with your fingertips and abandon it on to dry. As toning is a vital part I use Lakme Absolute Pore Toner or Glow Tonic Toner.

5: Moisturizing: The last advance is the most unwinding and alleviating. Slather lotion all over and rub it into your skin utilizing delicate strokes. As I have extreme oily skin and hardly any moisturiser suits my skin I only use Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel.

Remember, clean up does not have any side effects unless the products that you use don’t go well with your skin type. And you can do a face clean up once a week.

Lately, I’ve started using bentonite clay masks to reduce inflammation and an astringent after I wash my face. I’m considering a toner – have you noticed much of a difference with your skin in terms of the toner? Again, thanks for this information!

  30. It’s always good to have a good skincare routine. I do all of these without fail regularly and on a daily basis except for the scrubbing of course. One thing my Japanese friends have taught me is to use a warm washcloth for the face as well in place of scrubbing. Thank you for your post.

  37. I’m not sure I would use a physical exfoliation like the scrub! I liked them as well but apparently they can create micro-fissures on your skin and aggravate acne. It can always be replaced with chemical exfoliation!

  38. Great tips. I was doing a scrub weekly but my aesthetician said it was too harsh for my aging skin. She suggested an overnight peel. I use it twice a week and LOVE it. highly recommend vs scrubs.
