  44. I do practice many of these things daily such as meditation, positive affirmations, nature therapy walks, sharing, mindfulness. However, I think I need to up my mindfulness quotient, as I tend to have a long list of tasks, that should ideally be divided into days. That way, I can complete one task properly in a day. I also need to go back to my art, I loved painting in the outdoors.

I try to do it at least 4-5 times in a week.

  49. I endorse every tip you have shared, Moni. I also write about them and advise others to follow suit. But right now I am going through something that I cannot fathom. It is killing me inside. I am not sleeping at all. I follow every tip ..walk 3km every day, yoga, pranayama meditation, eft taping, eat simple sattvic food, don’t use my mobile much. I practice gratitude since I can remember, do affirmations. I am at my wit’s end. I wake up every day with anxiety and i am totally drained.
    I take medications, but they are not helping me sleep.

I mean, if the family is responsible for the individual’s deterioration of mental health, that really isn’t solvable because that individual can’t tear himself/herself from the family.
